Marinos is an associate attorney at Palmer and Barr, P.C. and brings with him many years of civil litigation experience. His practice is focused on civil defense litigation in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Palmer and Barr, P.C., Marinos served as a Trial Attorney and In-house Counsel for a major insurance corporation where he managed a large caseload consisting of a variety of complex general liability cases, including premises, property, dog bite, and motor vehicle accidents. Marinos also has experience in working for a plaintiff personal injury firm where he represented plaintiffs in premises, property, dog bite, and motor vehicle accidents.
Marinos has significant litigation experience including discovery, depositions, and arbitrations, in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. He also has experience in the handling of underinsured and uninsured motorist claims, as well as mediations and binding arbitrations.
Marinos graduated from Pace University-Lubin School of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance and a minor in Economics where he graduated magna cum laude. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from The University Dayton School of Law. After law school Marinos went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the City, University of London in London England
Marinos is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
