Cordell is an associate attorney in the Philadelphia office. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including automobile and general premises liability defense. He graduated from the University of South Alabama, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. He later attended Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor.
While at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, Cordell served as an articles editor in the SMU Law Review Association and as a student attorney in the SMU Criminal Clinic, where he represented indigent defendants in criminal cases.
Prior to coming to Palmer & Barr, Cordell was an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia, PA. There, he prosecuted hundreds of cases, taking part in all aspects of criminal litigation, including motion hearings, preliminary hearings, and trials.
