Matt is an associate at Palmer and Barr, P.C. in the Philadelphia office. He joins the firm with nine years of litigation experience. Prior to joining Palmer and Barr, P.C., Matt zealously advocated for indigent and vulnerable populations of Delaware County as an assistant public defender, representing hundreds of clients facing misdemeanors to major felony charges through all stages of litigation as they navigated the criminal justice system.

At Palmer and Barr, Matt brings his considerable litigation experience to civil defense and handles a wide variety of general liability cases, including premises liability, property, and motor vehicle accidents.

Matt graduated from Moravian University with a B.A. in Political Science. Matt attended Widener University Delaware School of Law where, prior to earning his J.D., he participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and the Criminal Defense Clinic, as well as earning pro bono distinction upon graduation for his work with Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. Matt is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
