Steven Costello is an associate in the Willow Grove office of Palmer and Barr, P.C., whose practice is focused on all aspects of civil defense litigation, particularly in the areas of automobile and general premises liability defense. Mr. Costello graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He then went onto attend law school in Wilmington, Delaware at Widener University, Delaware Law School.

Prior to joining Palmer and Barr, Steven previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he litigated hundreds of felony preliminary hearings, hundreds of motion, and tried numerous bench trials to verdict.

Steven is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
